Book Cover Package prices

Package #1: starts at $150.00
Ebook Only

This price includes up to 3 images.* Additional costs will be charged for extra stock pictures, depending on the purchase site. Since some sites charge extra for certain types of stock models, prices will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified of extra fees prior to charging.

This package includes:
Ebook cover standard size of 6x9, any size within the ratio you request.
3-D cover

Customer receives three mock revisions. Extra revisions beyond the three sample mock covers cost an additional $5 minimum.
No art is purchased until cover is approved and pricing accepted.

Package #2: starts at $200.00
Print, Ebook & Hard Cover

Includes standard print and ebook covers
This price includes up to 3 stock images.* Additional costs will be charged for extra stock pictures, depending on the purchase site. Since some sites charge extra for certain types of stock models, prices will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified of extra fees prior to charging.

This package includes:
Ebook cover: standard size of 6x9, or any traditional size you request.
3-D cover
Print and Hardback cover - converted into a jpg and PDF file.

Total number of pages in your book
Indicate the type of paper you will use (white or cream)
Size of the cover – Common sizes are 6x9 or 5x8. Non-traditional-sized covers may cost an additional $5.

Please fill out the form when ordering your cover. I will need to know the back cover blurb, tag-lines and bio you wish to be included.
(I will not edit these and will put up what you send me.)

*For all package options, once an image is approved and purchased, it is included in the price whether the image is used in the final cover or not. Customer is entitled to two revisions using mock covers for approval before any images are purchased. Changes requested after you agree on a set design will cost an additional $5 for each time an extra revisions are made.

Turn Your already made Ebook Into Print (and hardcover)

You provide the completed front cover .
(You agree to take full responsibility for necessary licensing on all digital files that you send to me.)

Print cover - converted into a jpg and PDF file.

Please provide total number of pages in your book
Indicate the type of paper you will use (white or cream)
Decide on size of the cover – Common sizes are 6x9 or 5x8

Also needed is the back cover blurb, tag-lines and bio you wish to be included. (I will not edit these and will put up what you send me.)

Additional Offers:

Audiobook cover: $50.00
Facebook Banners using your cover: $40.00.
Website Banners: $85.00.
3D book covers: $10.00 each

Payments and Time Frames

PayPal transactions only. A non-refundable down payment of $50.00 is required to get started. The remainder of the payment is due after final revision have been made.

Each project should take between a week to two weeks to complete (depending on the difficulty and how many graphic are involved).

Legal Stuff

It is the buyers’ responsibility to keep up with the image sale count. Most image sites require a special license after 250,000-500,000 sales. Images are currently purchased from 123rf or depositphoto.

Castle Book Creations is not responsible for your actions after you purchase the cover. Castle Book Creations guarantees nothing, but attempts to do their best to make sure you are satisfied with your cover. If you want the names of the photographers for proper crediting in your book, simply ask.

Castle Book Creations will not create any erotic or sexually explicit covers.

A Note About AI Images

I will not create images using AI, though I do use Photoshop's AI technology to help me with background adjustments and minor tweaks.

If you wish to use an AI generated image, I will accommodate your wishes for your cover. However, I will ask that you state in our contract that you provided the AI images and that it was your decision to use them.
