Where did this story come from?Good question.
There's a story idea that I've been toying with for the past couple of years. For a long time, its only had one story. But I like writing series. I enjoy delving into a world and sticking around for a while. So, the idea has sat up on a shelf with all the other incomplete ideas. They have a club. Anyway, this opportunity came up to be part of the Promise Forever collection. How did I pick Rapunzel? I opened my Grimm's Fairytales, closed my eyes and... Kidding! Rapunzel came with an interesting story line. I sat down to write it and about halfway through the tale, little connections began to develop with that idea that has been shelved for some time was able to move down to the planning platform. That's where the real party is happening. Entangled is different from what I've written before. But I enjoyed writing it, and I'm started to get really excited about this new modern-day fantasy world that's starting to form in my writer's mind.
